Art, Theatre & Music
The arts community is alive in Rabun County. There are many opportunities to listen to live music, from the bluegrass bands at Tallulah Falls to concerts at the Rock House Park in downtown Clayton.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School plays host to several concerts throughout the year and the Rabun County Music Festival sponsors an average of eight concerts in the summer and fall. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, through their ASO Around Georgia program, regularly visits Rabun County.
Live theatre also thrives here. The North Georgia Community Players, a prominent theatre company, is based in Rabun County and produces several high-quality performances each year. The works of many local and regional artists and crafters in every medium imaginable are showcased in Rabun County’s studios and galleries. Several organizations including the North Georgia Arts Guild, The Georgia Heritage Center for the Arts, Old Dillard School, RGNS Rearden Theatre, and the Hambidge Center offer ongoing classes and exhibits. An arts and crafts festival held each spring celebrates Rabun County art and features the pottery, paintings, and crafts of artists in the community.
